Unlike the Senate Democrats, Senator Farley worked with the Governor to pass two consecutive, on-time State Budgets that actually reduced year-to-year spending.
Senator Farley enacted a historic 2% property tax cap along with new Pension Reform and Medicaid Takeover laws – preventing billions of dollars in higher property taxes.
